Speed Dials are used to associate the ten 1 digit numbers (0,1,2,3,...,9) to longer phone numbers. Both the customer and the administration can have the ability to configure them.
When prompted for a telephone number on the IVR, they can enter their speed dial number followed by the # key.
This can be useful for call through services, especially from mobiles, where typically, people tend to use the address book.
Under List Speed dials, they can be edited or deleted, and attached to a particular customer.
Speed dials can be added to the system via the Create Speed dial page, or they can be added by the customer
