When modify voip settings registers, no affect addio*conf file

Description

Hi, I was made modifications in "Voip Settings" but It not modify the additional_a2billing_sip.conf file, I'm tried to reload and this no affect it.

When I going to create a new customer it modify it. I have 1.4.4.1 version.
