soxmix problem

Reported by: anonymous Assigned to: areski
Priority: major Milestone:
Component: General Version:
Keywords: Cc: stavros@phreaker.net

Description

Testing the monitor function, i noticed that the version of sox/soxmix in debian 4.0, don't allow to join file like name.xx.gsm, but want name.gsm. Seems that the double dot create problem. I fixed installing sox 13.0.0 and make a soxmix link to sox (asterisk want soxmix) Could be nice have a function that instead of write <uniqueid.xx-in.gsm> write <uniqueid-xx-in.gsm> so that every version of sox can write <uniqueid-xx.gsm>

  • cc set to stavros@phreaker.net.

This is a change that needs to be made upstream to Asterisk.
I suggest you raise the issue on the Asterisk bug tracker.
