Description

Dears, i read alot of complains on the same problem i got and all the forums and guides i read didn't mention any solution.

i have TrixBox? (FreePbx? and A2billing) installed and i configured a trunk in freepbx and connected the trunk in A2B to it. i now pick up the handset and call the extension and i got " please enter your calling card pin number" i dial the number " i got " you have 5 dollars. please dial the number you wish to call and press the # key" and here :====> when i dial the number it sais : " the number you have dialed is currently unavailable"

in the log i have the same error that everyone has the problem got it :

ERROR ::> RateEngine? didnt succeed to match the dialed number over the ratecard (Please check : id the ratecard is well create ; if the removeInter_Prefix is set according to your prefix in the ratecard ; if you hooked the ratecard to the Call Plan

i appreciate fast response.

you need probably some assistance to guide you on this. It s a standard error when your dont configure correctly your ratecard/call plan.

btw this is not a bug report, so use the forum
