HELP!!! calls are being dropped after 3-5 secs please help us with this situation

I knew we'd eventually see bug reports for that GPL violating fork. Meh.

Go see your vendor :-p

so that problem is that my vendors dont know what they are doing? if not if you think you can help us out with this situation please let me know

I don't see how we can fix issues on a software that has been altered by someone else. I will advice your vendor to push his feature on our trunk so that this can be part of our development and from there we can all help to make it reliable over the a2billing solution.
